If you are the new owner of a property, be aware that the property tax bill will be issued in care of you, but the former owner’s name will be listed first for the first year. The previous owner’s name remains on the property tax bill for at least one year as required by MGL Chapter 59, Section 11. |

Submit any changes of address in writing to either the Assessor’s office or the Tax Collector’s office in the Town Building, 16 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA 02554. |
