The Code of the Town of Nantucket (including Chapter 139 Zoning, Chapter 136 Wetlands, Chapter 137 Wharves and Waterways) as adopted and amended at Town Meeting is available on-line by clicking the above link. The Code and all Town Meeting records are also on file in the Town Clerk's office.
Regulations adopted by Boards including the Board of Health, Board of Public Works, Board of Selectmen, and Board of Fire Commissioners are also on file in the Town Clerk's office. Copies are available for a fee. In many instances, referral to individual departments is necessary.
