PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that the Board of Health of the Town of Nantucket will hold a public hearing on Wednesday August 24, 2009 at 4:00 PM to accept comments addressing proposed Local Regulation 54.00 Septic Flow Limitations within the Madaket Harbor Watershed protection District. The hearing will be held at the Maddequet Admiralty Club located at 15 Tennessee Avenue in Madaket.
Copies of the regulation are available at the Health Department at 37 Washington Street.
