Q. What are the current landfill fees?

Q: What do I need to obtain a sewer permit?
A: Plot plan showing the footprint of the house, map and parcel number, street address, number of bedrooms, any other water using utilities in the house, and $2,000.

A: The following items are recyclable:

Q. Can I toss out my trash in black bags?
A. No black bags are not accepted at the landfill, only clear or white bags.
Q. What do I do with Styrofoam peanuts?
A. Seal them in a cardboard box or a plastic bag and toss them into the household trash bin. Styrofoam goes into household trash also.
Q. How do I dispose of latex paint?
A. Mix Paint with kitty litter, after it has hardened toss can into the metal bin. Do not use sand it is nonporous and will not harden
Q. How do I recycle full cans of food?
A. Empty out contents into household trash and toss cans into appropriate window.
Q. What do I do with cardboard boxes?
A. They must be emptied and flattened and thrown down the cardboard shoot.
Q. What do I do with a plastic container full of cooking grease.
A. Throw it into the household trash bin.
Q. Where do I throw bubble wrap?
A. Throw it into the bulky bin.
Q. I have cardboard boxes full of spray foam where do I toss them.
A. Throw it in the household bin.
Q. I cleaned out my shop and have boxes of sensitive papers, what do I do with them?
A. Seal them and take them to the tipping floor at the Landfill where they will be digested.
Q. I am a business with mulch and fertilizer bags where do I throw them?
A. They go into the C.& D. Building.
Q. I have bags of fertilizer, lime and grass seed where do I toss them.
A. If they do not contain pesticides they go into the household trash bin
Q. I just donated my time and cleaned up the beach do I have to separate the recyclables from the beach debris.
A. Yes
Q. I just cleaned up my jobsite and there are recyclables in my bags, do I have to separate them?
A. Absolutely - they can not go in to the C&D Building
